Is the price of the castle for 24 hours?
- back to top - - back to top -No. The price of the castle is for the day of your event. Normally we will deliver the castle in the morning of the day of your event and collect it the next morning. However during weekends in May we have to collect the castles the same night.
What are your office opening hours?
- back to top - Rent A Castle is open for taking bookings and visits Monday to Friday 10:00 – 14:00 and 17:00 – 19.30 and on Saturdays 9:00 – 14:00. Please do phone in advance for an appointment, sometimes we have to work away from the office. We recommend you book well in advance of your event to ensure you get the model you want.How do I reserve a castle/service from Rent A Castle?

- back to top - You certainly can. Either use the contact us form on this website or send an email to info@rentacastle.com and we will respond to you as soon as possible. We have a response rate of less than 2 hours during office hours.Do the castles need electricity to work?
- back to top - Yes the castles need a constant supply of electricity form a normal 220v plug socket. When the children are not using the castle or you have finished using the inflatable for the day simply unplug it. The motors do not use up much electricity and will not cause your electricity bill to sky rocket, don’t worry! A generator may be used 1.5 hp minimum Without any other sources being used.Do I need an electricity cable?

- back to top - The total amount is paid upon installation of the inflatable to the deliveryr. You can pay by cash or bank transfer Only during weekends in communion season will we ask you to pay a deposit. Or in advance. See our conditions page for more details.What are the delivery charges?
- back to top - Delivery is absolutely free between Estepona and Calahonda. If you live outside this area please contact us to find out what the small surcharge will be for delivering to your area.How are the castles measured in size?
- back to top - All the castles are quoted in meters, a 4,60 x 3,60 for example is 4,60 deep and 3,60 across.Why are the prices different for castles of the same size?
- back to top - Our prices vary depending on the age of our castle. The newer models are normally more expensive than our older ones which are re priced to reflect their age. Our prices never increase and are the most competitive on the coast.Do you have public liability?

- back to top - If you are unlucky enough to have bad weather or due to illness in the family on the day of your party, please give us a call before 11 am on the day of the party to advise us of cancellation.Are your party bags made to order?
- back to top - They certainly are! Our party bags are made the day before your party to your taste and budget. We only use premium ingredients such as Nestle® and Disney®.What do I have to do when the castle is delivered?
- back to top - Absolutely nothing! Well not much! Simply tell the technician where you would like the castle and pay the total amount. You can then go back to preparing your party!Is there a discount if I have 2 castles?
- back to top - There is! When you contact us we will apply a suitable discount to your final bill! Conditions apply. Not applicable during communion weekends.Can I put a castle on the beach/a public place?
- back to top - You can, but it is up to you to obtain permission from the relevant authorities. This permission must be shown to the deliveryr upon installation of the castle. Usually the castle will have to be picked up the same night as it will be in a public place, and this carries a minimum € 15 surcharge.Can I visit your office and at what times?
- back to top - We would love you to come visit us! We are in the new Poligono Nueva La Campana N`19. Nueva Andalucia. Malaga. We are here Mondays to Fridays 10.00h – 13.30h and 17.00h till 19.30h.
